Pastor Williams is the founder of Two Fish & Five Loads, a nonprofit ministry born out of the urgent needs and sacred resilience of Central West Baltimore. Rooted in the biblical witness of Jesus feeding the multitude, Two Fish & Five Loads exists to address hunger, poverty, and community need through practical, compassionate, and collaborative action. Under her leadership, the organization has helped serve thousands of families through grocery distributions, hot meals, community fridges, senior meal preparation, breakfast pop-ups, emergency food support, and laundry assistance. The work has also included partnerships with churches, schools, nonprofit organizations, volunteers, civic leaders, and grassroots community stakeholders who believe that food justice is both a spiritual mandate and a public responsibility.

Through Two Fish & Five Loads and her broader pastoral leadership, Pastor Williams has helped create a model of ministry that moves beyond charity toward dignity, relationship, empowerment, and shared responsibility. Her work in Central West Baltimore has demonstrated that when churches, nonprofits, and community partners work together, they can meet immediate needs while also building stronger, more connected neighborhoods.

Pastor Williams is also a recognized voice in disability inclusion and belonging. She is disability ambassador with Kennedy Krieger who has worked to create and foster best practices in religious places of worship across Maryland. Her work with faith communities emphasizes that every person is valued, needed, and called. Whether preaching, organizing, teaching, feeding families, developing leaders, or building partnerships, she leads with holy boldness, strategic vision, pastoral compassion, and a deep conviction that the church is called to love God, serve people, and transform communities.
