Return Policy & Refunds
At Strategic Collaboration Network (SCN), we are committed to delivering high-value consulting, strategy, and advisory services designed to support business growth, collaboration, and long-term success. Due to the customized and intellectual nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

Consulting & Strategy Services
All consulting services, strategy sessions, advisory engagements, and custom business solutions provided by SCN are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

One-on-one consulting sessions
-
Group consulting or masterminds
-
Strategy intensives
-
Business audits or assessments
-
Custom plans, frameworks, roadmaps, or deliverables
-
Digital consulting services (virtual or in-person)
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a consulting session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

Missed appointments without notice are considered services rendered and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Consulting Packages & Prepaid Services
All consulting packages, bundles, and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable once the engagement has begun.
If a package includes multiple sessions or deliverables, unused portions may expire based on the terms outlined at the time of purchase.
Membership Consulting, Retainers & Corporate Contracts
Membership-based consulting services, monthly retainers, corporate consulting engagements, sponsorship consulting, and enterprise-level services are governed by separate written agreements, including but not limited to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Service Agreement, or Contract.

Payment terms

Conditions for discontinuing services

Any refund, credit, or termination provisions (if applicable)
In the event of a conflict between this policy and a signed agreement, the terms of the executed MOU or contract shall govern.
Exceptional Circumstances
SCN understands that unforeseen situations may arise. Requests for refunds or service credits due to exceptional circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Strategic Collaboration Network.
